Shipping Information

Standard Delivery (UK MAINLAND ONLY)

Low weight items to UK mainland are sent via Standard Delivery service which usually takes 3-5 working days for delivery. This is the default service that comes up on each product at checkout. Price of this service depends upon the value and weight of each item and differs for different products. Next day service is also available at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to placing the order for next day service. 


DHL Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days)

Heavier items, bulk buys and wholesale purchases are dispatched via DHL Express- our logistics partner. Deliveries to UK mainland via DHL takes 1-2 business days. 


International Delivery: 

Ireland, France, Germany and Spain: 

Light items to Republic of Ireland, France, Germany and Spain are sent via our private courier partners. Delivery times may slightly vary but usually takes 5-7 working days for products to be delivered. 

We ship to majority of EU, Australia, USA , New Zealand, India and China. Delivery time varies across countries but usually it takes around 8-10 working days for products to be delivered.


Commonly Asked Questions

1. Can I send my order to a different name or address?

Yes. You are able to have your order sent to a different address, you can enter a shipping address when you reach the checkout.


2. What happens if I am out when you deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made on Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. If you or the intended recipient is not in when the delivery attempt is made, our courier will leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange re-delivery or collect your order. 


3. What happens if a package is returned to us because it is undeliverable?

Occasionally a package is returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch at a slightly extra cost. If we cannot contact you within 2 weeks of receiving your parcel we will arrange a refund.
